Many of the sexual positions in the Kamasutra are derivations on a basic position. That is the case with the Tominagi. The female lies on her back; her head propped up on a pillow. She pulls her knees in toward her chest. Her partner approaches her on his knees, places her feet on his chest and grabs her knees for leverage while penetrating. He can lift her legs slightly to changethe angle of penetration.
