The female partner must be extremely flexible to achieve the Lustful Leg position. Both partners stand facing one another. The female lifts her leg up toward the ceiling, resting her extended leg on her partners shoulder. She is essentially performing a standing split. Penetration can occur before or after she raises her leg. The male can place his hands on her hips for leverage and deeper penetration.
