Hero

The Hero is a sexual position that gives the female partner a bit of time to rest. The female lies flat on the bed. She pulls her knees toward her chest, stretching her feet to the ceiling. Her bottom is slightly raised off the bed as her malepartner slides his knees under her bottom for penetration. The male partner can press down on the back of the thighs, pushing them toward her tummy, to change vaginal angle for better penetration.
