The Glowing Triangle looks like the classic Missionary, but there is a twist. The female lays on her back with legs far enough apart for her partner to nestle close to her body. He places his knees down on the bed and his hands on either side of his partner’s head. The female partner then lifts her hips by pushing up with her feet; controlling penetration and speed. A wedge can be used under her bottom or lower back to reduce strain on the legs and back.
