Flexibility is a must for the Seated Ball. The male sits on the bed or other hard surface. The female sits on his lap with her back to his chest. Penetration occurs from this position. The male lifts his knees slightly, grabs on to his partner’s midsection and curls over as he pulls her in toward him. The Seated Ball looks like a seated, curled spooning position. To make the position more comfortable for her, she can lean forwardand grab on to her partners feet or legs for leverage and support.
