The Super 8 is a derivation on the Missionary position. The female lies back on the bed, legs spread apart just far enough to allow her partner to move in for penetration. Her feet remain on the bed during the Super 8. The male lies down on top of his partner, holding his weight on his outstretched arms. She lifts her hips to meet his rhythm. Some women find placing a pillow under the bottom makes this position more enjoyable and comfortable.
