The Standing Wheelbarrow is a skilled sexual position that should only be tried by strong partners, literally. The female starts the position with knees and hands on the floor (in a Doggy Style position). A pillow is placed under her forearms for comfort. Her male partner approaches from behind, kneeling slightly. He grasps her legs at the ankle lifting them slightly off the ground (her legs remain bent at the knee) as he penetrated from behind. He must balance her body and control movement at the same time.
